This is a magnificent condition brass frame and blunderbuss barrel pistol circa 1815 1820 made by Isaac Riviere who worked in London from 1815 until 1841. The brass barrel is engraved on the top as follows: FOR HIS MAJESTYS REVENUE CUTTER HINDE The spring bayonet is mounted in the center beneath the barrel and is activated by pulling the trigger guard towards the grip.
